Basic Wedding Package = $2,750.00 + GST
The following items are included in our Basic Wedding Package:
* Usage of Special Events Hall from 2pm – 1am
* Usage of Community Kitchen for your Caterer
* Complimentary Underground Parking
* 2 Dressing Rooms
* 1 Security Guard for duration of your event
* Full set-up and take down of tables and chairs
* Badminton Tape Removal
* SOCAN Fee
Items that are NOT included, but available to add-on are the following:
* Usage of podium & microphone with speakers = $100.00 plus tax
* Usage of Portable Bar = $100.00 plus tax
* Usage of the Lobby = $250.00 per half hour, plus taxes

Premium Wedding Package = $6,500.00 + GST
The following items are included in our Premium Wedding Package:
* Usage of Special Events Hall and Lobby from 2pm – 2am
* Usage of Community Kitchen for your Caterer
* Complimentary Underground Parking
* 2 Dressing Rooms
* SOCAN Fee
* 1 Security Guard for duration of your event
* Usage of Portable Bar
* Usage of Podium & Microphone
* Beautiful outdoor grounds for photo opportunities
* Full set-up and take down of tables and chairs
* Decorated Gift table, Signing Table and Cake Table
* Decorated Head Table, including a white backdrop with decorative drapes and lights
* Two stone or white pillars to be placed beside each end of the Head Table
* Your choice of elegant centerpiece (samples to be shown at consultation meeting)
* White Chair covers with your choice of coordinating sash for all guest tables (maximum of 250 chair covers, additional covers @ $3.50 each)
* One square mirror tile and 3 votive candles per table
* One complimentary table number stand per table (with number cards)
