Martial Gym is a developmental approach that recognizes and draws its strength from both martial arts and Japanese men’s rhythmic gymnastics. As opposed to a blended approach, Martial Gym maintains their distinct characteristics to bring out the best of the two similar, yet different sports.
The gymnastics portion comes from the Japanese men’s rhythmic gymnastics. They have impressed audiences worldwide with their unique dynamics, extension, tumbling, synchronization and precision.
The martial arts portion of the program is based on the ancient internal style of Chinese martial art of Luk Hop Bak Fat. The immense power generated through seemingly effortless exertion and its effective strategies and techniques make it more than just another style of self-defense.
